Purpose[]
It was used to make Spartan super soldiers, such as the Master Chief, Kelly, Fred, Linda, NOBLE Team, and many more Spartans, 300 total.
Bio[]
Spartans were designed to be swift and strong. They could have jetpacks, cloaking, thrusters, ground pounding, the ability to drive ANY vehicle, sprint, and have a deadly melee.
